Caddy is the co-founder and owner of Mint Landscapes, a Perth-based business she built with her partner, Mark — and their trusty sidekick, Ziggy the Cavoodle. Working predominantly in the Scarborough area, they specialise in residential garden maintenance and makeovers. With a passion for systems, team culture, and the client journey, she brings a fresh and people-focused perspective to the landscaping industry.
